What began as movement, became transformation.
Like the moon, transformation in Pilates occurs in phases - expand, strengthen, refine, and reset.
This is my journey.


Movement has been my life since I put on my first pair of dance shoes at 3 years old.
As a fitness enthusiast and instructor, I’ve practiced and taught every fitness modality under the moon. Yoga taught me to slow down and be deepy intentional. Indoor cycling taught me to keep going. Zumba taught me to embrace the spice of life. Boot camp taught me the power of pushing far past my limits. TRX proved just how powerful my body truly is. Barre taught me to stay committed through the discomfort.
Pilates became my passion and purpose.
After 25 years in this industry, Pilates has been the most profound transformation of my mind and body. Now, more than ever, I understand Pilates as a lifelong ritual for strength, longevity, and ease.
